GROUP FITNESS CLASSES

Looking for the energy and accountability of an instructor-led workout combined with the camaraderie of training alongside others? Our diverse schedule of drop-in group fitness classes runs throughout the week and is fully included with your membership, making it easy to stay active and engaged.

Each class is self-paced, allowing you to adjust the intensity to match your comfort level and personal goals. Whether you’re new to group fitness or a seasoned participant, our instructors are always available to answer questions and provide guidance to ensure you feel confident and supported.

Registration for drop-in classes operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Sign-up sheets are available at the trainer desk 15 minutes prior to class and remain open until capacity is reached. All participants must register in person.
